We provide pet boarding as a service to our clients. All boarders receive personal attention from our caring staff. Pets may be dropped off and picked up during regular business hours Monday through Sunday. We believe it is in your pet’s best interest that we are aware of his/her current health status. If your pet has not had a physical exam by veterinarian within the last 12 months, one will be required prior to admittance for boarding. We take the health of our boarding pets very seriously and all pets admitted to the hospital or boarding facility must be current on all required vaccinations.

We have completely redesigned our kennels to provide your pets a comfortable and home like experience. We will take care of your pet and their needs as if they are our own. Our staff are highly experienced and trained to provide utmost care to your pets.

Even with the best care, boarding can be stressful because your pet is in a new environment and its routines and habits are interrupted. Stress is minimized at our hospital by expert staff, attentiveness and proper handling, and strict cleanliness. Additionally, we require all boarding pets to be current on all required vaccinations, which help to protect your pets from various illnesses.

If any problem such as decreased appetite, loose stool or vomiting should occur, it will be detected by our staff and our doctors will be notified immediately.  If problems develop and are persistent, our kennel assistants may ask for a doctor to examine your pet at the cost of a physical exam. If the doctor feels that treatment is necessary, you will be contacted by phone and any additional treatments will first be authorized. If we are unable to contact you and the doctor feels there are serious problems, your pet will be treated and normal fees will be charged. It is very important that you leave a contact number so we can reach you in an emergency or to pre-approve any potential treatments.

In order to make sure your pet receives their proper food and medications, please bring them while boarding your pets. We want to make sure your pet receives the utmost care while being away from their loved ones.
