Experienced Associate Veterinarian | $180K–$200K + $50K Sign-On | No On-Call | 4/10 Schedule | Whittier, CA

Whittier Dog & Cat Hospital is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian with 3–5 years of experience to join our long-standing and trusted practice in Whittier, CA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced DVM who’s ready to work with a diverse caseload, grow clinically, and collaborate with a high-performing team in a fully equipped, modern hospital.

  • 3–5+ years of clinical experience

  • Strong diagnostic and surgical skills

  • Team player with excellent communication

  • Confidence in managing complex cases and fast-paced environments

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

  • 4-day workweek (4/10s)

  • No on-call or after-hours responsibilities

  • Monthly staff meetings and shared case discussions

  • Flexible schedule with time for professional growth

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $180,000–$200,000, based on experience

  • $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
